I’ve done quite a few swaps and different configurations / re-configurations on my personal cars, so I’ve had the opportunity to drive them back to back under identical conditions. In my opinion, the stock NA (4.08) gearing is great below about 425-450 rwhp… but above that, and with a fully breather modded car (ie. torque curve biased left), you want to consider the stock TT gearing for more “usable” first and second gear…
